Work Hours & Attendance

- Login: 9:00 AM | Logoff: 7:00 PM
- Overtime is paid extra beyond targets
- 6-day work week |7th-day work = double pay

Leave Policy

- Leaves must be applied 2 weeks in advance
- 6 working days mandatory | urgent leave requires approval

Professional Conduct

- No blaming game – team ownership is expected
- Mobile phones not allowed on the floor (only in breaks)
- Entire workshop is audio-video monitored for safety & compliance

Customer Commitments

- Only Management/Admin/Front Office can commit to customers
- Technicians/advisors must provide fair & transparent diagnosis
- No unethical practices will be tolerated

Ethics & Transparency

- Salary & incentives strictly through bank account & documents
- Honest communication, fair billing, and ethical repairs are mandatory
