MBA Intern – Marketing & Brand Development

Location: Pune

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship

Responsibilities:
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance Zitrix brand presence.
- Work on customer education campaigns to reduce biases and set realistic service expectations.
- Assist in managing social media, influencer outreach, and customer engagement programs.
- Conduct market research on competitors and consumer behavior.
- Create training modules for customer handling and workshop efficiency. - Work on internship evaluation matrix for future interns. 
- Support revenue and profit analysis across labor and spare parts.
- Work with the management team to prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Suggest process improvements for expense optimization. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Passion for automotive and service excellence. 

Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing. Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools and campaign analytics. Interest in automotive service market.
