Workshop Advisor (Experienced)
Location: ZITRIX Car Services – Multi-Brand Car Care Center
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (as per company website policies)
Position Purpose
At ZITRIX Car Services, the Workshop Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our operations team. This role ensures that every customer interaction is professional, every service request is documented correctly, and every commitment is delivered on time. The Workshop Advisor drives collaboration across CRM systems, insurance claim processes, and on-ground operations—delivering an experience that reflects ZITRIX’s values of respect, patience, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Engagement & Job Card Management
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Create and manage job cards (system-based or hard copy).
- Ensure accuracy of service requests and customer details.
B. CRM & Documentation
- Log service details into the CRM accurately.
- Update shared drive worksheets with daily edits, service progress, and completion status.
- Maintain service history and ensure records are clear for management review.
C. Operations Coordination
- Review daily service priorities and communicate them to the operations support team.
- Monitor job progress and escalate delays or risks against committed turnaround times.
D. Insurance Claim Support
- Collaborate with claims officers for smooth insurance claim handling.
- Validate photographs, documents, and surveys.
- Assist in launching and tracking insurance claims across multiple insurers (training provided).
E. System & On-Ground Balance
- Split focus 50% on customer/system tasks and 50% on ground validation.
- Support inspections, surveys, and test drives (valid driving skills required).
- Maintain daily completion records for transparency.
F. Quality & Compliance
- Immediately highlight misalignments in commitments to management.
- Follow ZITRIX workplace values: professional communication, no abusive language, no loud/unprofessional behavior.
- Maintain strict discipline and respect for organizational culture.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with patience and customer empathy.
- Ability to balance system operations and physical ground tasks.
- Willingness to learn insurance claim processes.
- Proficiency in CRM/worksheets/shared drive usage.
- Valid driver’s license and confidence in driving cars.
- Graduate (preferred).
