MBA Intern – Human Resources & Talent Management

Location: Pune Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship upto 10k/Month

Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding of skilled technicians, advisors, and staff.
- Draft HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluation frameworks.
- Create training modules for customer handling and workshop efficiency.
- Work on internship evaluation matrix for future interns.

Requirements:
- MBA in HR / Organizational Development.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Ability to create structured policies and engagement activities.
- Interest in automotive sector workforce dynamics.
- Assist in financial modeling, costing, and pricing of service packages.
- Support revenue and profit analysis across labor and spare parts.
- Work with the management team to prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Suggest process improvements for expense optimization.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Passion for automotive and service excellence.
