Sales Executive – Automotive Services (Pune) (Experienced)

Location: ZITRIX Car Services – Multi-Brand Car Care Center
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (as per company website policies)

Position Purpose
At ZITRIX Car Services, the Workshop Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our operations team. This role ensures that every customer interaction is professional, every service request is documented correctly, and every commitment is delivered on time. The Workshop Advisor drives collaboration across CRM systems, insurance claim processes, and on-ground operations—delivering an experience that reflects ZITRIX’s values of respect, patience, and integrity.

About the Role:
At ZITRIX Car Services, we are redefining premium car care across Pune with multi-brand servicing, insurance support, and flawless restorations. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can engage customers, build strong corporate and fleet relationships, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new customers through direct walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
• Build partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and fleet owners
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, and closure
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:
• Strong communication in English, Marathi, and Hindi
• 1–5 years of sales experience (automotive, insurance, or related preferred)
• Customer-first attitude with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Pune automotive market is an advantage 

Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with patience and customer empathy.
- Ability to balance system operations and physical ground tasks.
- Willingness to learn insurance claim processes.
- Proficiency in CRM/worksheets/shared drive usage.
- Valid driver’s license and confidence in driving cars.
- Graduate (preferred).
