ZIP = ZITRIX Integrity & Practices (Workplace Discipline Framework)
- Hours & Rewards: 9 AM–7 PM, 6-day week. Overtime is paid. Working the 7th day earns double-day payment.
- Leave: Apply 2 weeks in advance (urgent leave requires approval).
- Conduct: Zero blame culture. Mobiles not allowed on the floor. Entire center is audio/video monitored.
- Customer Commitments: Only Management/Admin/Front Office may commit terms to customers.
- Ethics: Fair, transparent diagnosis. No unethical practices. Pay via bank with proper documentation.
