Role: Sales and Marketing Representative (Internship)
Location: On-site | ZITRIX CAR SERVICES | MUNDHWA | Pune, India
Remuneration: 120000/- per annum Fix salary + Incentives 250000/-per annum variable

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with business customers and companies, increasing business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
Drive sales efforts by achieving predefined targets with an incentive-driven approach to reward performance.
Execute marketing strategies to promote Zitrix Car Services' offerings and create brand awareness in the Pune region.
Act as the face of Zitrix Car Services, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Deliver training sessions to team members, enhancing their understanding of our services and sales techniques.
Leverage your knowledge of B2B insurance processes to offer customized solutions to corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Represent Zitrix Car Services at trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Passion for sales and marketing with a track record of delivering results.
Ability to train team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of B2B insurance processes is a significant advantage.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
