MBA Intern – Operations Management

Location: Zitrix Car Services, Pune

Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-time, Onsite)

Stipend: Paid Internship upto 10k Per month

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and monitoring workshop workflows. - - Optimize resource allocation for servicing, washing, bodyshop, and pickup-drop operations.
- Work with the service advisor team to improve turnaround time (TAT).
- Develop process dashboards and track KPIs like customer satisfaction, NPS, and service efficiency.
- Support revenue and profit analysis across labor and spare parts.
- Work with the management team to prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Suggest process improvements for expense optimization. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Passion for automotive and service excellence. 

Requirements:
- MBA in Operations / General Management (pursuing or recent graduate).
